The last tendencies in dentistry lead to a preventive dental care. This is, a better dental hygienization through the brushing, the dental floss, the rinsers, the annual control at the dentist office, avoiding tobacco, not abusing of sweets, and other good habits taht will help us conserve our teeth healthier and, therefore, with their natural beauty.

In specific terms, on the color and amount of dentine and the quality and amount of enamel. As years go by, the teeth enamel gets thiner: consequently, the youngest patients usually reach excellent results.

As time goes by after treatment, because of the food and beverages pigmentation, and of course the tabacco consumption, the reached tone tends to darken. As a solution, the daily use of buckets with whitening gels, whitening tooth-paste, or whitening rinsers are recommended.

The whitening effects are absolutely harmless, except that they can cause teeth sensibility for 48 hours. This can be avoided by using fluor rinsers and, if necessary, the ingest of an analgesic indicated by the professional.
